Lloretrail Acerko Regulation 2024

6 km and 15 km (Approximate distances)

The Lloretrail Acerko is open to all levels as long as they reach the time limit, and will be organized on 06/04/25 at 09:30, by the La Sansi Athletics Club with the collaboration of the Lloret de Mar City Council , with distances of approximately 6 km (220 meters of elevation gain) and approximately 15 km (720 meters of elevation gain). It will be the Catalan Master Trail Championship (CMT) with a distance of 15 km

Departure point at Rieral de Lloret de Mar, in front of the Kaikuta Fountain and the local police. (same place as previous editions).

The provisional timetables will be as follows:

9.30am Trial of 6 and 15 km for federated athletes or with good marks

9.31am 9.30am 6 and 15 km race for popular athletes

The fact of registering or participating in the test represents the full acceptance and respect of these regulations. Its interpretation and everything that is not expressly regulated will be decided by the organization, based on the Federation's regulations.

Participation is under the responsibility and own risk of the participants who made the decision to participate in the race, and exempt the organization from claims or demands based on alleged actions of participants or others who act in their favor, also from claims or demands resulting from damage or illness that may happen to the participants and their materials, including loss, and which they will accept once they have registered. At the time of bib collection, participants accept the regulations and state that they are physically fit for the event. We will place at different points of the route and at the controls, specialized staff to ensure the safety of the participants. It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the specialized staff if they communicate in this way. In case of abandonment, it is necessary to inform the organization as soon as possible either at the control points, organization or the emergency telephone indicated on the number.

 Medical personnel and ambulances will be available at strategic points along the route to intervene in case of need. In the event that the weather conditions advise it, an alternative route will be made that will be communicated via social networks, the web and prior to departure. If there is a change in the alternative route once the start has been made, this will be communicated to the participants at the control points. A sweeping team in charge will close the race, must check the passage of participants and help them if they need it.

If those who sign up are ultimately unable to participate in the test, the organization will not make any refunds or changes, except in case of suspension of the race. If you will be able to collect your t-shirt and gifts if you book them on the set days, not earlier or later.

It is recommended that participants of the 15 km are over 16 years old, and those who are under 18 years old must sign the online authorization form when collecting the bib, they must ask for the authorization, and deliver - it to the organization.

Number distribution (Next to the exit) Saturday before race from 4pm to 6pm and day of the race from 7.30am to 8.30am

Failure to collect the bib, shirt and runner's bag on the established days means relinquishing them. (See bib collection section).

Liquid and solid refreshments during the route, and upon arrival.

Participants are asked to be punctual to enter the exit boxes in stages, depending on the color of the bib. Organization will monitor that it is done correctly (Previous information via networks, web and email).

For the placement of participants on the starting line we will use a time scale, which the timing company Championchip and La Sansi will establish with each entrant's best marks from the last 24 months in 5km and 10km races km. With his best mark we will place him in the corresponding drawer according to his level, or as the organization deems appropriate for the proper functioning and safety of the race. In case you do not go to the correct drawer for your brand, ask for a wristband when collecting the number certifying your brand in an approved race.

Participants of the 2 distances will be given a technical shirt + commemorative medal at all distances + runner's bag with various gifts from the sponsoring companies (those who choose the option).

Participants must participate with the chip that will be delivered by the organization that will take it to the bib and it will not have to be returned, except for those who already have the g chip Own rock that will be mandatory to bring. The time limit will be 2 hours 45 minutes (Until 12.15pm). After this time, those who want to continue can continue outside the race and under their own responsibility. In case of bad weather conditions or for safety reasons, the organization reserves the right to stop the race, modify the route or vary the time limits.

The organization and the health team may withdraw a participant before or during the race, when they consider that the latter has reduced physical or technical abilities as a result of fatigue, does not have the recommended equipment, or his conditions are not appropriate to participate. Abandonments may only be made at the control points indicated by the organization, those who abandon at any other unauthorized point, must return to the finish line by their own means.

The real and official time for the classification, will be guided by the chip, which will be activated when passing through the carpet of the starting arc, passing successively through all the controls of the route, and finish the timer when passing again chip through the carpet of the goal arch.

In the event that any participant needs evacuation due to an accident, illness or injury that prevents the approach, it is necessary to try to notify the organization by all possible means, contacting a control person or security assistance to activate the rescue operation. It is mandatory to wear the bib clearly visible on the front. Tampering is grounds for disqualification. Athletes without a number will not be able to leave or enter the finish line. Staff of the organization will be responsible for applying these regulations.

Recommended equipment: At 16 km Hydration system (minimum 200ml) or cardboard cup in case you want hydration at the refreshment points during the route (we will have emergency glasses at the refreshment points).

At 6 km, no mandatory or recommended equipment will be required.

The organization will request ID or similar to verify the identity and age of the athlete when collecting the bib. If you want to pick up another participant's number, you must present a photocopy or the participant's ID.

Event services: Medical service with ambulances, exit boxes according to the level of the participants, cloakroom, WC, volunteer tent, gift bag, bib with name, liquid and solid refreshments during the route, masseurs and service of free photography.

The organization reserves the right to change the date or the route, without the right to claim any compensation from the registrants. In the same way, the organization reserves the right to extend the race registration period for any of the participating groups if it deems it appropriate. The participants will have to go through the pass controls, where we will have staff from the organization who will verify the passage of the participants. It is important to follow the directions and advice of the organization and security staff.

We will have a field hospital with a doctor and paramedics at the departure and arrival, and ambulances and staff along the route, ready for any type of incident.

On the morning of the race itself, the organization will distribute video images and photographs.

Complaints must be addressed verbally to the person designated as Referee within 30 minutes of the publication of the official results.

By registering, the participants will give their consent for Club Atletisme La Sansi and RFEA, by itself or by third parties, to use the images of the test for its promotion, as well as the computer processing for exclusively sporting purposes , promotional or commercial use of personal data. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the protection of personal data, the participant may exercise his/her right to these files with the aim of rectifying or canceling them partially or totally the content. The participants explicitly allow their name, surname, gender and year of birth to be published in the lists of registrants, as well as in the list of results if they finish the course, following the established regulations.

Registration closes when a maximum number of 600 registrants is reached for the set of tests that are part of the race.

Award:

  1. a) Absolute podium for the first 3 and first 3 of each distance that reach the finish line first.
  2. b) Special prize for the youngest and youngest participant.
  3. C) Prize to the first and first local of each distance.
  4. d) Award to the 3 best in the Catalan master’s championship.

Draw:

Gifts will be drawn among participants. The raffle rules will be as follows:

The draw will take place before departure. Elite athletes, organizing committee and family members will NOT be part of the draw.

The bib number will be the reference for participation in the draw. The prize must be claimed physically with the ID no later than the day of the race.

Cloakroom from 8.30am to 12.15pm: we will inform you of the location. We will have an area to store participants' belongings (wardrobe). Each participant with their belongings in their bag or rucksack, will leave it in the reserved place and collect it once the race is over. Volunteers will keep an eye on belongings at all times and check that participants drop off and pick up their backpack (which will match the bib number).
