Departure at 9.00am In front of the Tossa de Mar sports center (at C/ de l'esport, 2).

You can pick up your number either day. Next to the start (At the Tossa de Mar sports complex at C/ de l'esport, 2)
SATURDAY 19: from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m
SUNDAY 20: from 07:15 to 08:15.
To be able to access and facilitate organizational tasks, you must:
- ID card or registration slip (can be presented by showing it from the mobile phone).
- Remember the assigned bib number (the list will be posted on the race website and you will receive an informative email with your bib number).
- In case of collecting other numbers, in addition to your own, the corresponding authorization will be necessary (photocopy or photo of the person's ID).
Acerko goodie bag will be delivered upon arrival.
DRAW at 8.45am with the bib number.
PREMIATION To the first 3 and first 3 absolute of the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km (who reach the finish line earlier) and to the first 3 and first 3 of each category of the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km. Award to the best local of the 3 distances, and to the youngest and youngest participant of the morning. You cannot win two prizes.
START AT 09.00h (Joint departure 5km, 10km and 21km at the La Sansi Inflatable Arch towards the beach).
1st box for fastest participants.
2nd box for intermediate and less fast participants.
IMPORTANT Once the number has been collected, it is assumed that the participant accepts the self-responsibility document and the race regulations.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
The participant needs:
CHIP: If you have a Yellow CHIP.
BARREL or glass for refreshments is NOT mandatory but if recommended, we will have cardboard cups for EMERGENCY refreshments only. You can take cardboard cups for free at the bib collection.
APPROPRIATE SHOES AND CLOTHES (It is recommended to wear the race shirt).
BAG OR BACKPACK (if you want to use the free cloakroom service inside the sports centre).
THE BACK identifies the distance with the corresponding colour and drawer.
I commute to the race
Vehicles: There will be 3 free parking spaces next to the exit, especially the one in front of the football field.
CHANGING ROOMS, SHOWERS and WC at the sports center from 7.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
CLOTHES LOCKER from 08:15 to 12:30 at the sports center and clothes must be delivered in a bag or rucksack.
ACCESS HOURS TO THE EXIT DRAWER:
To enter you must:
Accredit the level with the bib or wristband.
EXIT At the Sansi arch (DIRECTION PLATA DE TOSSA DE MAR)
We recommend going out with caution.
You must follow the instructions of the organization staff to make the passage from the warm-up area to the exit drawer.
VERY IMPORTANT: Your time will start once you step on the start mat and stop once you step on the finish mat. We will also have pass controllers during the tour.
CIRCUIT It is necessary to take advantage of the width of the first meters on the asphalt to make advances with safety and space.
The routes, you can find them on the website, are affordable for all levels, except for the 21 km distance which has the most elevation gain (time limit 3 hours 30 minutes):
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO SERVICE: on the same afternoon of the race you will have hundreds of FREE photos on the web, say hi at the photocall, or at the start and finish. Better to take a few more seconds and come out better in the photos.
WELCOME SERVICE for children: A playful reception space is at your disposal. It will be located inside the sports center so that children can enjoy supervised activities while their relatives participate. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE The race will have a medical team for any incident. In the event of a medical emergency, contact volunteers or, if you have a phone, call the emergency number indicated on the number or 112.
SUPPLIES
DISTANCE OF 5 km. At the finish line for everyone an Acerko gift bag + liquid refreshments including Aquarius and solid refreshments including Quely + Fruit from the Ametller Foundation.
DISTANCE OF 10 km. At km 5 (Water) and at the finish line for everyone an Acerko gift bag + liquid refreshments including Aquarius and solid refreshments including Quely + vitaldin and Fruit from the Ametller Foundation.
DISTANCE OF 21 km; At km 7 (Water) and at km 15 (Water + Aquarius + Ametller Foundation fruit) and at the finish line for everyone Acerko gift bag + liquid refreshments including Aquarius and solid among others Quely + vitaldin and Fruit of the Ametller Foundation.
ARRIVAL ZONE The departure and arrival will be at the same arch of the Sansi.
After crossing the FINISH LINE you will access the services:
Results and personal diploma on the race website.
ACERKO MEDAL: Medal (if you chose the option) and photography at the photocall.
WHITE CHIP There is NO need to return it, you will have it on your number.
BAG of gifts and final refreshments with your number inside the sports center.
WARDROBE: With the number.
